Ingredients 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs ½ C ketchup ½ C soy sauce ⅓ C honey 1 tsp freshly grated ginger 1 tsp dried basil 4 cloves garlic, grated toasted sesame seeds, for garnish green onion, chopped, for garnish Instructions
Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Combine next six ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. Pour sauce over chicken to serve and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion.
DIRECTIONS In a 1 pint glass jar or larger, combine the garlic, ginger, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and water. Cover the jar with a tight fitting lid, and shake well. Remove lid, and heat jar in the microwave for 1 minute just to dissolve the honey. Let cool, and shake well before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator.it.

Ingredients 2 ripe small avocados 1 lemon, juiced 1 large clove garlic, Grated 1 firm jalapeno, seeded and finely grated 1 small plum tomato, seeded and finely chopped 1/2 small yellow skinned onion, finely grated 1 teaspoon coarse salt Blue corn tortilla chips, for dipping
Directions Cut avocados in half around the pit. Separate the halves. Pop out pit with spoon, then scoop flesh of avocados into a bowl. Squeeze the juice of a lemon over the avocados. Add garlic, jalapeno, tomato, onion and salt to the bowl. Mash and mix the ingredients into a dip using a fork. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
